Full Restaurant Booking

Bouche can host up to 70 people for a sit down dinner or lunch event, and up to 160 people for a standing reception. Our 80-seater restaurant’s interiors were designed by architect Quinton Lloyd of RAD studio and are sophisticated but also raw, honouring the building’s 130-year history.

Bar Hire

Our 60-seat basement wine and cocktail bar is a destination on its own, featuring a weekly, rotating bar menu of sophisticated bites, oysters, cured meats and cheeses perfectly complemented with a dynamic drinks menu.

Chef's Table

Seated above the dining room, at the kitchen counter, the Chef’s Table accommodates up to 8 guests, who will enjoy a unique dining experience showcasing some of Australia’s best producers with a monthly tasting menu whilst watching the Bouche chefs at work.
